Navigating to Content Builder


You have two options to access Content Builder


1-      Directly from the hover menu option ‘’Content Builder.’’

2-      Through the Email Studio option named ‘’Content.’’

Creating Folder


When creating folders, remember to have a clear content strategy in mind. You can follow the rules the organization is currently following or devise a modified strategy. In either case, ensure all team members are well-informed about it. You can create separate folders for each team member and product. Likewise, you can sort content with topics or in chronological order. The logical order will help you find content with ease.


Here is an example of creating folders:


For instance, ABC company offers primary healthcare services. It can create folders in the following way:


Monthly Campaigns


1- Heart Patients

-          Age-old patients

2- Nutritional Deficiency

-          Anemia

 3- Diabetes

-          Type 2 diabetes in women


Now, when creating a folder, choose one of the two options: local or shared. If you want to share the folder with any other business unit, you will choose the latter. Also, just right-click on the existing folder to name it. Other options will appear here, including delete, move, and modify.
